Nutrition is very personal. Everybody is different. The lifestyle, age, personal and medical situation partly determine whether your body has other needs than those of the people in your area. For example, a toddler needs something different than someone who is pregnant or sick!

People can come to our practice with very different questions. For instance; What can I eat during your pregnancy? How do I use enough calcium with lactose intolerance? What can I actually eat and not eat with diabetes? Is it useful to use supplements during my chemotherapy? It is sometimes a complicated puzzle that our dietitians are happy to solve together with you because the dietitian is THE expert to help you with nutrition and health. It contributes to making you feel better, starting treatment better and speeding up recovery.
